Meet Chris Wallgard.

And this is my latest work, a greyhound, for our friends Michael & Yuzuko, who just adopted an ex-racer named "Chloe" in NY.

Josie: Thousand Oaks, CA, United States; Once upon a time, the PaintPals got together to paint. It was the single most relaxing & fun thing to look forward to each week. We paint, we support each other & we have a blast. "Go for it!" is one of the most common phrases you'll hear. I got the painting bug from the overwhelming amount of HGTV we watch. They make it look so easy, especially David Bromstad, so one day we cleared out the garage & Rick & I started painting. We had old junky paint & the wind kept blowing dirt onto "my art," but when it was done...I was hooked. In the next few days, I talked excitedly to my girlfriends Chris & Laura about how much fun it was, and they both confessed that they were dying to get their hands dirty again. They are both "real" painters, who had painted in college or growing up, and I learn so much from them every time we meet. Well there you have it, the "herstory" of Paint Pals. Grab a brush, some paint & "Go for it!."
